Privacy policy
Short version: we collect what you send us on the form, plus basic traffic data. We don't sell anything to anyone.
Who we are
ClickTwice Media is a marketing agency based in Grand Forks, North Dakota, working with businesses across the United States. This policy covers the website at clicktwicemedia.com. It does not cover the ad accounts or social media accounts we manage on behalf of clients — those are governed by the client's own policies and by Meta's.
What we collect
What you type into the contact form. Your name, business name, phone number, email address, trade and whatever you write in the message box. You choose to send this; nothing is taken without you pressing the button.
Basic website analytics. Standard traffic information such as which pages were viewed, roughly where in the country the visit came from, what kind of device was used, and which site sent you here. This is aggregate and is not used to identify you personally.
Meta Pixel data. This site runs the Meta Pixel, which is a small piece of Facebook's code. When you visit, it records the visit and sends it to Meta along with your IP address, browser and device information, and a cookie identifier. If you have a Facebook or Instagram account, Meta can match that visit to it.
We do not collect payment details, Social Security numbers, or any other sensitive personal information through this website, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Why we collect it
- Form submissions — so we can call or email you back about your enquiry. That is the only reason.
- Analytics — to see which pages people actually read, so we can fix the ones they don't.
- Pixel data — so we can measure whether our own advertising works, and so we can show ads to people who visited this site and didn't get in touch.
Who we share it with
Meta Platforms, Inc. The pixel sends visit data to Meta as described above. Meta uses this for ad delivery and measurement under its own data policy, which you can read at facebook.com/privacy/policy. We cannot control what Meta does with data once it reaches them.
Our email and hosting providers. Your form submission arrives as an email and sits in our inbox like any other email. Our web host processes standard server logs.
That is the entire list. We do not sell your information, rent it, or trade it. We do not add you to a mailing list because you filled in the contact form.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies of its own. The Meta Pixel sets cookies in your browser so Meta can recognise a returning visitor and attribute ad performance.
You can block or delete these in your browser settings — every major browser has a privacy or cookies section that lets you do it. You can also limit how Meta uses this kind of data from within your Facebook or Instagram ad settings. Blocking cookies will not break anything on this site; nothing here depends on them.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails stay in our inbox as long as the conversation is useful, and we clear out old ones periodically. Meta's retention of pixel data is set by Meta, not by us.
Removing your data
Email info@clicktwicemedia.com and ask us to delete what we hold about you. Say which email address or phone number you used and we will find it. We will confirm once it is done. You do not need to give a reason and there is no form to fill in.
You can also ask us what we hold, and we will tell you.
Other websites
Where this site links out — for example to Meta's policy above — those sites have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for them.
Changes to this policy
If we change how any of this works, we will update this page and change the date at the bottom. There is no notification list.
